The Ordinary and Extraordinary Congresses are the maximum and supreme authority of the Federation. The National Secretariat has administrative and executive powers and is elected by means of the direct and secret vote of the Congress members representing all the affiliates of the country. The General Secretaries' Meeting is a consultation organ while the Accounts Review Committee is in charge of the financial and accounting performance of FATLyF.
