It prepares the Balance sheet and the Annual Budget of Expenses and Capital, always giving priority to the overall hedging of social, welfare and pension fund benefits offered by FATLyF to all its affiliates. It is also in charge of purchases, collections and tenders, and deals with all the issues relating to the Federation-dependent staff.
