It constitutes the link between the National Secretariat and the 41 Electricity Unions from Argentina, enabling a fluid communication and joint work. The journeys, the joint actions and the close relationship between the Department and the base organizations reassert the federalist sense that characterizes our Organization. The Symposium on the Church Social Doctrine, the Stock Ownership Program and the comprehensive Educational Project channeled through FUNDALUZ XXI are also managed by this Department. To encourage joint participation and activism, the Department organizes different cultural and sports events, especially the "Oscar Smith Argentine Championship" which is a genuine celebration of friendship and union camaraderie.
