SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT AND MINUTES
The Social Welfare Department has the mission of analyzing, suggesting and claiming
every measure which contributes to the improvement of the retirement system and
of its beneficiaries income before the political power and the ANSeS
[Social Security National Administration].
On the other hand, it is important to emphasize the hard work fulfilled
by the Welfare Agency, which channels and speeds up the retirement procedures
and the complex service certifications. The Department also offers Legal Medical
Consultancy to advise and help all those workers obliged to request the disability retirement.
With respect to the Compensation Pension and Retirement Fund, it continues to
accomplish the strategic mission of paying an additional amount in order to raise
the poor welfare allocations.
Through the Retirees National Commission, also part of this Department, our retired
colleagues continue taking active part in the organic and institutional work of out
Federation. This Department is also responsible for writing the minutes of the various
meetings and resolutions of FATLyF organic bodies.
